

BASMATI BEEF WITH SPANISH STYLE RICE
Ingredients
- 0.2 gr. Saffron
- 3 oz of mushrooms fresh mushrooms
- 1 small sweet red pepper
- Chopped parsley
- 1 Red onion
- 7 oz beef fillet would be perfect
- 5 tablespoons of Iberian cuisine white wine
- 5 tablespoons Iberia premium extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon beria hot sauce
Instructions
- Fill a pot with water, add 2 teaspoons of salt per liter and put on high heat.When the water boils, add 7 oz of basmati rice from Iberia and cook for 10 minutes.When the rice is ready, drain it and reserve it.Meanwhile, peel and slice the red onion, cut the bell pepper in half and scoop out the seeds, discard, then slice the bell pepper.Peel the heads off the mushrooms and cut off the stems, then slice the mushrooms finely.Take the meat and cut it into medium dice.In a non-stick pan, pour 5 tablespoons of Iberia olive oil and put it on high heat, mix the spring beans, peppers, drained peas and when our vegetables are roasted, we can add the meat.Let it cook for 5 minutes, then add the Iberia basmati rice, dissolve 2 sachets of saffron in 5 tablespoons of Iberia cooking white wine and pour it into the pot.At this point, season with salt and pepper and add all the chopped parsley.Finish by adding 1 tablespoon Iberia Hot Sauce and serve garnished with another fresh parsley or chives.
