Olive and Cheese Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3  cup Iberia Mayonnaise
  • cup Italian blend shredded cheese
  • teaspoons Iberia Minced Garlic
  • cup pitted/halved Iberia Spanish olives
  • 1/2  cup Italian flat-leaf parsley roughly chopped
  • 1/2  teaspoon Iberia seasoned salt
  • French baguette sliced into 4 halves

Instructions
 

  • Line a medium-sized baking sheet with foil and set aside.In a large bowl: combine iberia mayonnaise, cheese, garlic, iberia olives, parsley, and iberia seasoning salt together. Mix well.Using a spoon, evenly spread the mixture onto prepared baguette pieces.Place baguettes into the oven and broil for 4-5 minutes, or until baguette halves are golden brown and cheese mixture is melted.Let cool for 1-2 minutes and enjoy!
