Tuna Poke Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cans Iberia White tuna
- 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Iberia Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 scallion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup Iberia brown rice cooked
- 1 Avocado cubed
- 5 slices of cucumber
- mix greens
- 5 cherry tomatoes half
- 1 pinch toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl mix soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, orange juice, scallions and cilantro.Mix well, fold the tuna in the sauce and reserved in the refrigerator until ready to use.This can be served smorgasbord style and let the guest make their own poke bowl.Use brown rice as the base of the bowl and all the toppings as desired.
