60 years later, in 1990, CPC International attained 40% of Iberia Foods.
CPC became Best Foods and acquired Iberia Food’s totality.
Starting the new millennium Unilever acquired Best Foods.
In 2004 Iberia Foods was acquired by Brooklyn Bottling Company (BBC) – a manufacturer and distributor of domestic and international beverage brands, such as Tropical Fantasy, Nature’s Own, Best Health, Squeez’r, Country Club from the Dominican Republic, Postobón from Colombia, D&G from Jamaica, and Cola Lacaye from Haiti.
Iberia Foods distributes to over 12,000 supermarkets, club stores, wholesalers and independent retailers.
With offices and distribution centers in NY, NJ, MA, IL, GA and FL, Iberia Foods today has a national footprint through its network of independent brokers/sellers, third-party wholesalers and national chain accounts.
