Cut Ziti
One of the most popular forms of pasta, ziti gets its name from the Italian word meaning “bride,” and continues to be a traditional wedding dish in many countries.
Ziti features a medium-sized, tube-shaped noodle, and is a great complement to robust or chunky sauces. The hollow shape, which will hold onto extra bits of meat, vegetables, and sauce, makes it especially perfect for hearty sauces containing lots of chopped ingredients.
Easy to prepare. Bring water to a boil on a stove top and add a pinch of salt for taste. Pour in the pasta and stir gently. Allow the water to come back up to a boil and cook uncovered for 10-12 minutes. Once finished, remove the pasta from the stove, strain it, and then add your signature sauce.
Size: 16 oz.
