Rigatoni

Medium, tube-shaped noodle with small ridges along the exterior, and is a great complement to almost any sauce.

The hollow shape and ridges, which will hold onto extra bits of meat, vegetables, and sauce, makes it especially perfect for hearty sauces containing lots of chopped ingredients.

Simple to prepare. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil and add salt to taste. Then empty the package contents into the boiling water and stir gently. Return the water to a boil. To create an authentic al dente texture, allow the pasta to boil uncovered an occasionally stir it for up to 12 minutes. Then remove it from the heat, add your signature sauce, and serve your customers a satisfying, piping hot dish!
