Spaghetti
A popular pasta shape in America and many other countries across the world, Iberia spaghetti is a must-have addition to any kitchen.
Thin spaghetti pasta is characterized by thin, rod-shaped noodles formed into long strands. As the name suggests, this pasta is slightly thinner than traditional spaghetti, but a bit thicker than angel hair pasta. Thin spaghetti is delicate enough to serve with light or creamy sauces, yet thick enough that it doesn’t get buried in robust sauces.
Simple to prepare. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add a pinch of salt to taste. Use about 4 quarts of water for each pound of noodles to ensure they don’t stick together while cooking. Add in the pasta whole, without breaking, and gently stir it. Allow it to cook for 8-10 minutes or until it is al dente, a little chewy. Then drain the pasta and serve it with your signature sauce.
Size: 10 oz.
