Grilled Fish

  • 1 oz can San Marcos Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce 7.5oz can
  • 1 teaspoon Iberia mined garlicgarlic
  • Orange juice if needed
  • 2 tablespoons Iberia Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper

Blend the San Marcos chipotles with the garlic to make a paste, if it looks too thick add a little orange juice.

Salt and pepper to the fish, coat both sides of the fish with the chipotle paste.

Heat the oil over medium high heat, Cook to your desired degree.
