Crispy Mojo Shrimp Pinchos

⅓ cup Iberia Mojo Criollo
1 tbsp Iberia Lemon Juice
1 tsp Iberia Powdered Seasoning or Iberia Total Seasoning
1 cup Iberia Plantain Chips, crushed
1½ lbs Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Black pepper, to taste
Optional: Rice or greens, for serving
In a bowl, toss together:
- Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Iberia Mojo Criollo
- Iberia Lemon Juice
- Iberia Powdered Seasoning or Iberia Total Seasoning
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika
Let shrimp marinate for 20–30 minutes.
Grill over medium-high heat, 2–3 minutes per side until pink and charred.
While hot, sprinkle with crushed Iberia Plantain Chips for crispy texture.
Serve over rice, greens, or skewered for snacking.
