Crispy Mojo Shrimp Pinchos

  • ⅓ cup Iberia Mojo Criollo

  • 1 tbsp Iberia Lemon Juice

  • 1 tsp Iberia Powdered Seasoning or Iberia Total Seasoning

  • 1 cup Iberia Plantain Chips, crushed

  • 1½ lbs Large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: Rice or greens, for serving

In a bowl, toss together:

  • Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Iberia Mojo Criollo
  • Iberia Lemon Juice
  • Iberia Powdered Seasoning or Iberia Total Seasoning
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Paprika

Let shrimp marinate for 20–30 minutes.

Grill over medium-high heat, 2–3 minutes per side until pink and charred.

While hot, sprinkle with crushed Iberia Plantain Chips for crispy texture.

Serve over rice, greens, or skewered for snacking.
