Air Fried Chicharrones de Cerdo

  • 1 to 2 tbsp Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Iberia Adobo
  • 1 tsp Iberia Garlic Powder
  • 2 lbs pork belly, skin on, cut into bite size strips or cubes
  • Optional lime wedges for serving

1. Pat the pork belly pieces dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.

2. Add Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Iberia Adobo, and Iberia Garlic Powder. Toss until everything is evenly coated.

3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

4. Arrange the pork pieces in a single layer and cook for 25 to 35 minutes, shaking the basket every so often, until the skin is crispy and the meat is golden.
