Arroz Blanco

  • 2 cups Iberia Jasmine Rice
  • 1 tbsp Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cups water
  • Salt to taste

          1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add:

          • 1 tbsp Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
          • 2 cups Iberia Jasmine Rice

          2. Sauté rice for 1–2 minutes, stirring to coat with oil.

          3. Add:

          • 3 cups water
          • Salt to taste

          4. Bring to a boil.
          5. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes.
          6. Turn off heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes.
          7. Fluff with a fork and serve.
