Black Bean Hummus

  • 1 15oz can Iberia Black Beans, drained
  • 1 tbsp. tahini, optional
  • 3 tbsp. Iberia 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin

In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Bring to room temperature before serving.
