Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Iberia Oregano
  • 4 tablespoons Iberia minced garlic in water
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1 small red chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Iberia Red Cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon Iberia Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Iberia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Finely chop all parsley, cilantro, green onions and red chili pepper and combine in the same bowl. Add 4 tablespoon Iberia Minced Garlic, 2 tablespoons Iberia oregano, 2 tablespoons Iberia red cooking wine, 1 tablespoon Iberia lemon juice and mix it all together.Add ½ up Iberia Extra virgin olive oil to the mixture and mix it until all ingredients are blended together.Serve with empanadas and grilled meats.
