  • 2 cups Iberia Seasoned Rice and Black Beans

  • 1–2 tbsp Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Iberia Minced Garlic

  • Iberia Spanish Style Chorizo, sliced

  • Water, as directed on package

1. In a large pot with a lid, heat Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat.

2. Add Iberia Minced Garlic and sauté until fragrant.

3. Stir in Iberia Spanish Style Chorizo and cook until lightly browned.

4. Add Iberia Seasoned Rice and Black Beans to the pot.

5. Pour in the amount of water recommended on the package and stir well.

6. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to medium low.

7. Cover the pot and cook until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.

8. Uncover, fluff with a fork, and let it cook uncovered for a few more minutes if needed.

9. Serve hot and enjoy.
