¾ cup Iberia Coconut Cream
2 teaspoons Iberia Turbinado Cane Sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup ice
2 oz white rum (optional, for alcoholic version)
For the Garnish
Lime wedges
Fresh mint
Guava slices or maraschino cherries

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
