- ½ cup Iberia Coconut Condensed Milk
- ¼ cup Iberia Organic Raw Sugar
- 1 tsp Iberia Imitation Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Iberia Coconut Water
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients and stir until well combined. Start with dry ingredients.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet before serving.
