Coconut Cookies

  • ½ cup Iberia Coconut Condensed Milk
  • ¼ cup Iberia Organic Raw Sugar
  • 1 tsp Iberia Imitation Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Iberia Coconut Water
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt
          1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
          2. In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients and stir until well combined. Start with dry ingredients.
          3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet.
          4. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden.
          5. Let cool on the baking sheet before serving.
