Isabel’s Spread for Sandwiches

  • 4 oz of Iberia Roasted Pimientos
  • 2 oz of Iberia Olives stuffed with pimentos about 16 medium olives
  • 2/3 cup of Iberia Mayonnaise

In a bowl, mash the ham with a fork, add the olives and pimentos.Mix well so the flavors blend, add mayonnaise and mix with the rest of the ingredients.If you want a creamier consistency, you can use the food processor to mix all the ingredients.
