Roasted Red Pepper & Black Olive Dip

- ¾ cup Iberia Black Olives (Pitted)
- 1 cup roasted red peppers (Drained)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Iberia Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Iberia Total Seasoning
- Iberia Cuban Crackers
In a food processor, add:
Iberia Black Olives
Roasted red peppers
Garlic clove
Iberia Lemon Juice
Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Iberia Total Seasoning
Pulse until blended but still chunky.
Spoon into a bowl, drizzle with more olive oil.
Serve with Iberia Cuban Crackers on the side.
