Roasted Red Pepper & Black Olive Dip

  • ¾ cup Iberia Black Olives (Pitted)
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers (Drained)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Iberia Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Iberia Total Seasoning
  • Iberia Cuban Crackers

In a food processor, add:

Iberia Black Olives
Roasted red peppers
Garlic clove
Iberia Lemon Juice
Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Iberia Total Seasoning

Pulse until blended but still chunky.

Spoon into a bowl, drizzle with more olive oil.

Serve with Iberia Cuban Crackers on the side.
