Spicy Mojo Wings

  • ¼ cup Iberia Coconut Cream
  • 2 tsp Iberia Lemon Juice
  • 1½ tsp Iberia Total Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Hot sauce or chili flakes
  • Optional: cornstarch + water (to thicken)
  • Optional: fresh herbs or lime zest (for garnish)

Marinate the wings

  • In a bowl, combine Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Iberia Lemon Juice, Iberia Total Seasoning, smoked paprika, and chicken wings. Toss to coat and let sit for at least 30 minutes.

Bake or grill

  • Grill or bake wings over medium heat, turning until crispy and cooked through.

Make the coconut sauce

  • In a small saucepan, combine Iberia Coconut Cream, Iberia Lemon Juice, Iberia Total Seasoning, garlic, and hot sauce or chili flakes.
  • Simmer until slightly thickened. Optional: stir in cornstarch mixed with water.

Toss the wings

  • Toss cooked wings in the warm coconut sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs or lime zest.
